2024/2025 Club Redevelopment Project

The Bribie RSL is thrilled to announce that our eagerly awaited renovations are already underway! The renovations will enhance the Sports Bar, Reception, Bottleshop, Gaming Room, and External Façade, bringing new and exciting upgrades for our members and visitors to enjoy.

 

These improvements are part of our ongoing commitment to provide the best facilities and experiences for our valued Members. We anticipate that builders, Rubicon Design and Construct, will be onsite from the first week in August setting up site offices and beginning initial outdoor works. Stage 1 (Sports Bar, Reception, Bottleshop & Exterior Façade) will be open in July 2025, closely followed by Stage 2 (gaming room & memorabilia) in October 2025. As with our previous projects, we have planned carefully to ensure minimal disruption to your Club experience. We will continue to operate as close to normal as possible across all departments and are committed to ensuring our service and standards meet your expectations. Regular renovation e-newsletters will be sent to keep our Members up-to-date with progress, along with information on our website and social media pages.

Week 36 Construction Update

 

Here is a breakdown of the current works for this week: 07.04.25 to 11.04.25

 

ELECTRICAL:

  • New switchboards have been successfully delivered to the site.

MECHANICAL:

  • Rough-in of services to the Communications Room completed; ductwork installation underway.

CEILINGS & PARTITIONS:

  • External frame wall cladding installation in progress.

HYDRAULICS:

  • Works have commenced on upgrading the fire and sewer lines along the Toorbul Street frontage.

CONCRETE:

  • Preparation and pouring of pad footings continues.

ROOFING:

  • Delivery of roofing materials scheduled – truck and crane to be onsite to lift materials to the roof (date to be confirmed).
